Dear Agent/Associate/Representative:
More than half of all requests we receive end up to be just a farce and a waste of time, with inconsistencies and sometimes, hidden facts about the real buyer. Therefore, to avoid frustration and save precious communication time, we only accpet serious enquiries. If you are representing a prospective buyer, we ask you to please observe and follow
MBS Enterprises' Standard enquiry and purchasing procedures:
Email us a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the commodity(ies) you are interested in.
In your email, please provide your full name, your relation with the buyer
Provide the full name of Buyer's Company (if applicable), and full name of Buyer or Corporate Officer of Company.
Following the RFQ, we will send you a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) stating the commodity and current
pricing. The Prospective Buyer must then send us a Letter of Intent (LOI), containing an RWA statement (Ready, Willing and Able) to purchase.
We will ONLY begin negotiations or engage in further conversation upon receipt of LOI from the Buyer.
Based on our policies of integrity, expediency and good business ethics:
We prefer email comunication to text messages, so as to maintain proper transactional records.
MBS Enterprises determines fair pricing for our commodities, regardless of the going market price. Therefore, we do not accept agent-determined pricing for our commodities or products.
we DO NOT offer or accept commodity over-pricing or markups for agents, associstes, or brokers.
Commissions are negotiated based on the commodity quantity and fair pricing we offer the buyer.
